Currency
Currency of transaction and prices items beings sold. Regency for Expats international insurance is denominated in United States Dollars and all prices listed are in United States Dollars.
Any refund provided under the cancellation policy will be made in United States Dollars.
Delivery Policy
All policy documents will be issued by email to the main insured person within 48 working hours of receipt of the correct and appropriate payment.
Policy document delivery by post is available upon request and will be sent within 48 working hours of request as long as the correct and appropriate premium payment has been received.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your policy and receive a full refund of any premiums paid.
You must contact Regency for Expats within 14 days of the purchase of this policy and not have made a claim in order to receive a refund.
Card Brand Usage
Regency accepts Visa and Mastercard for payment of insurance premiums.
Payment Security
Regency has incorporated the highest levels of security for credit card payments.
In addition to ISO 27001 accreditation and meeting US NIST standards whilst employing IDS/DDOS protections the company complies with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, NIST SP 800-53, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 1 and SOC 2 and meets country-specific standards including Australia IRAP, UK G-Cloud, and Singapore MTCS.
Furthermore, Regency completes an annual PCI DSS assessment using an approved Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is currently certified as compliant under PCI DSS version 3.2
